Welcome to the

will also learn how to be deceptive, maintaining tight position and controlling
your opponent on the way to submissions. Various chokes, arm-bars and all
different types of leg-locks will also be shown. If you are doing submission wrestling
tournaments, this is the workshop for you.
Great news for Law Enforcement
personnel - this submission wrestling workshop is also very good for any type of
law enforcement personnel looking to understand grappling and controlling an
opponent by means of any extreme necessary!
For self defense purposes, this will help you understand how to defend your self
in a very difficult street fighting situation that much better. As for Grappling

better!
Knowledge is power as long as you know where, when and how to pull off
that knowledge! Integrated Grappling Systems (IGS) developmental skills are very
