Integrated Grappling Systems
Take Downs to
Controlling to Submission Workshop
Conducted
by Ron Kosakowski
Sunday December 4th, 2011,
10:30am to 4:30 pm
Lunch
break
for approximately one hour (it would be best to bring a lunch if you can)
For those of you who would
like to learn powerful take downs into controlling your opponent to possible
submissions, this is the workshop for you. This is good for those interested in
learning more about a good tactical approach from various grappling styles that
are in the IGS style. You will also learn how to be deceptive in your take down
entries, maintaining tight position and controlling your opponent on the way to
submissions. If you are doing submission wrestling tournaments or MMA fighting,
this is a workshop you will not want to miss out on. For self defense purposes,
this will help you understand how to defend yourself in a clench that much
better.
Great news for Law
Enforcement personnel - this Take Down workshop is also very good for any type
of law enforcement personnel looking to understand grappling and controlling an
opponent by means of any extreme necessary!
IGS is a blend of over 20
years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sombo, Judo, Shooto, Catch Wrestling, with Dumog,
Silat and Kuntao added for more self defense potential in worse case scenario
situations. Where one style has an empty space, there is another to fill that
void.
Knowledge is power as long
as you know where, when and how to pull off that knowledge! Integrated Grappling
Systems, aka - IGS developmental skills are very valuable to those looking to
have a complete understanding of survival skills for any type of combat
situation involved with standing clench to ground work. Male or female;
regardless of size or strength, you will not want to miss this opportunity to
train in this unique blend of grappling styles from all over the world!
Here is the predetermined schedule for the upcoming workshop:
Certificates of participation will be given out at the end of this
workshop. For people looking to go to eventually achieve Instructor Level. Each certificate will be
accredited toward hours attending each training workshop. Call Ron
Kosakowski if you need more information on long distance student training!
